Для его установки потребуется подключить ещё один репозиторий – Ghettoforge:
# rpm -Uvh http://mirror.symnds.com/distributions/gf/el/6/gf/x86_64/gf-release-6-6.gf.el6.noarch.rpm
Устанавливаем priority:
# cat /etc/yum.repos.d/gf.repo | grep priority= priority=20 priority=20 priority=20 priority=20 priority=20 priority=20
Устанавливаем пакет:
# yum -y install hwinfo
И проверяем информацию о hardware:
# hwinfo --short --cpu cpu: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5620 @ 2.40GHz, 2400 MHz
